It spans 45 acres and offers a small pond, walking trails, a pergola, picnic tables, a pavilion, and butterfly and hummingbird gardens. Pundt Park, Dennis Johnston Park and others are connected by Spring Creek Greenway, a paved hiking and biking trail.

Several golf courses are within easy reach of Benders Landing. Tournament Course at The Woodlands Country Club is probably the most popular, followed closely by Panther Trail.

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown in Spring is a family-friendly water park that offers fun for all ages.
